After instruction, our services would include carrying out a full measured survey including photographs and preparing sketch schemes for review. Detailed planning drawings are then prepared and submitted for the approval of the local authority. Thereafter full building regulations drawings are prepared, submitted and approval obtained. These drawings can then also be used for pricing and construction use. Throughout the various applications made to the local authority Design Solutions act as your agents meaning you have the minimum amount of red tape to deal with. We try to make the whole procedure as hassle free for our clients as possible.

Design Solutions can also manage the tender procedure with contractors and project management of the works through to completion.
